Installing the LED wall decoration: What should you pay attention to?
Now it's finally here: the NEONMONKI LED lamp according to your taste. You now want to mount it on your wall as quickly as possible, um to make a statement. Don't worry, assembly is quick and easy.
How can I attach the LED wall decoration?
All NEONMONKI Neon LED lamps come with pre-drilled holes (which we position to ensure stability).
We also provide you with spacers for perfect and attractive wall mounting, so that the LED wall decoration can really come into its own.
Many NEONMONKI neon LED lamps have 12 volts and can therefore be connected to a standard socket in your business or home. They come with a suitable power supply and EU power plugs supplied. However, you are welcome to ask us to use a US, UK, AU or CH plug so that we can take this into account during production.
Where can I attach the neon LED lamp?
You can attach your LED lettering or wall decoration to any wall or leave it free in the room. You can even hang it from the ceiling! All you have to do is let us know when you order so that we can take this into account during production and send you the appropriate device.
This means there are no limits to your creativity in interior design. Even ours”Don't quit/Do it” LED sign above the toilet is an option.
How much does the LED wall decoration weigh?
Unfortunately, we have to admit that size does indeed matter. At least to determine the weight of an LED lamp. Our standard sizes are 50, 75, 100 or 150cm. Larger or smaller is also possible, but must be discussed with our customer service.
On average, the LED signs in our standard sizes weigh two to eight kilos. This means that nothing stands in the way of easy installation.
How long is the neon sign's cable and where is it attached?
The transparent cable that leads from your LED wall decoration to the power supply is approx. 3 m long. From there, a 1.5 m long cable goes to the plug. So the total length is about 4.5 m. However, this can beVariante vary. If you need a shorter cable, we can supply it. For this, too, you just need to contact our friendly customer service, which will check whether the cable can be shortened / adjusted properly with production.
By default, the cable is attached to the bottom right of your LED wall decoration. Is your electrical outlet to the left of the wall where the sign will hang? No problem! During production, we can freely determine where the cable should originate from. This means the product can be very specific of the ne requirements must be adapted.
When do I need a special installation service?
For larger power supplies, an approved electrical contractor must be commissioned to install them to ensure proper installation. Otherwise, the assembly can be carried out by anyone who has ever used a drill and a screwdriver.

Can NEONMONKI LED lamps be installed in households with children and pets?

Are LED lamps also safe outdoors?
Our outdoorVarianten, which can be selected with each product order, should only be used temporarily outdoors. If you are looking for outdoor lighting that is 100% exposed to the weather (sun, rain, snow, etc.), contact our customer service and we will find a solution for that too.
Maintenance of the LED wall decoration
Would you like to enjoy your new, precious neon LED lamp for as long as possible without worrying about possible damage? No problem! Because NEONMONKI products don't need much to survive. Actually just some love and admiration! A “WOW” here and there definitely can’t hurt.
How long can I use my LED wall decoration?
The lifespan of LED lamps is between 30.000 and 50.000 hours. This means you can turn your wall decorations on for 10 hours every day for at least eight years.
The only thing that could shorten the lifespan of your Neon LED wall decoration is high temperatures, for example from direct sunlight, or electrical surges and fluctuations.
It may happen that the power supply gives up long before the LED lamp. If this happens within the 12 month warranty period, we will replace it free of charge. After that we can diOf course, we would also be happy to help out with a spare part.
How can I clean my LED lamp?
To clean your LED wall decoration, all you need is a dry microfiber cloth. This also removes the fingerprints of the slightly too tactile admirers who can't keep their hands off your LED wall decoration.
How can I transport my Neon LED sign?
If you are moving, you can transport your LED sign exactly as you received it. It's best to keep the packaging for this. If you don't want to do this, traditional bubble wrap can be used. This not only keeps the neon LED lamp safe and protects it from impacts, but can also provide the right entertainment when moving.
