1. Right of withdrawal for private customers

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the contract concerns the delivery of custom-made products. These products are manufactured according to the consumer's specific specifications and are non-returnable.

When purchasing non-customized products, the consumer has the option to terminate the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This withdrawal period begins on the day following receipt of the non-customized product by the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer.

During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the non-customized product and its packaging with care. They may only unpack or use the non-customized product to the extent necessary to determine whether they wish to keep it. If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they must return the non-customized product to My Neon GmbH - NEONMONKI, along with all supplied accessories, in its original condition and packaging. The return must be made in accordance with the clear and reasonable instructions provided by My Neon GmbH - NEONMONKI.

If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must notify My Neon GmbH - NEONMONKI within 14 days of receiving the non-customized product. The consumer should use the sample withdrawal form for this purpose. After notifying the consumer of the withdrawal, the consumer must return the non-customized product within a further 14 days. The consumer must be able to prove that they returned the goods in a timely manner, e.g., by providing proof of shipment.

If, after the expiry of the periods referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3, the consumer has neither declared his withdrawal nor returned the non-customised product, the purchase shall be deemed to have been concluded.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (My Neon GmbH, Volmerswerther Str. 80, 40221 Düsseldorf, telephone number: +49 2131 88 19 213, email address: info@neonmonki.com) by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not required.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

1.1 Costs in case of revocation

If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, he shall bear the costs of return.

If the consumer has already made a payment, My Neon GmbH - NEONMONKI will refund the amount as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after the cancellation. The refund is subject to receipt of the returned non-customized product or conclusive proof of complete return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer for the original transaction, unless the consumer expressly agrees to a different payment method.

In the event of damage to the non-customized product resulting from improper handling by the consumer or during transport upon return, the consumer shall be liable for the resulting loss of value of the non-customized product.

1.2 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The consumer's right of withdrawal is generally excluded for custom-designed products. All orders for customized products, including personalized neon and illuminated signs, are excluded from the right of withdrawal. These products are manufactured according to the consumer's specific requirements, such as size, text, and design, and cannot be returned.

Cancellation of orders is subject to the following non-refundable fees:

• 25% of the order amount if cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order (submission of the billing/delivery address)
• 50% of the order amount if cancelled between 24 and 48 hours,
• Cancellations are no longer possible after 48 hours.
